BENEATH THE BLUE stars Paul Wesley (Vampire Diaries) and Caitlin Wachs (Shiloh) as a young Navy recruit and a dolphin researcher caught in the middle of a scandal involving sonar testing. Supporting cast includes Michael Ironside (Starship Troopers), George Harris (Harry Potter series), and David Keith (Officer and a Gentleman).
